ticketScan

Scan a ticket barcode at the door (SPEC-030). Requires MANAGE_ORDERS; operators scan any ticket, anyone else only tickets for the sellers they belong to (an app belongs to its own seller only). Single-use: a second scan of the same barcode fails, reporting when the first admission happened. scannerId is an optional operator label (gate/device) recorded with the event.
