sellerDelete

Delete a seller, with what belongs only to it. Refused with CANNOT_DELETE while anything deleting it must not destroy remains, such as products, orders or a staff user on no other seller; Seller.deletionPlan says what. NOT_FOUND when another request deletes it while this one runs. Requires MANAGE_MARKETPLACE.
