entitlementTransfer

Transfer one of YOUR tickets to another email (SPEC-030). The recipient gets a new claim with a fresh barcode; yours becomes TRANSFERRED and its barcode dies immediately. Admission moves — money does not: refunds still belong to the original purchaser. Owner-scoped, tickets only, refused once the ticket has been scanned.
