MCPOperatorPolicy.operatorEnabled ● Boolean! non-null scalar

Whether the operator MCP surface is exposed for this tenant. False when the tenant has no MCP configuration (fail-closed).

MCPOperatorPolicy.rateLimitPerAgent ● Int! non-null scalar

Tool calls per agent per minute (mcp-server ADR-0009's per-tenant override).

MCPOperatorPolicy.tools ● [MCPToolPolicy!]! non-null object

Each tool's policy, by tool name. A tool without one has no row here.
