The seller this app acts for. A caller who is not a marketplace operator may only name a seller they belong to. On CREATE, omitting it yields a marketplace-level app for an operator and the caller's own seller otherwise; on UPDATE, omitting it leaves the app's seller unchanged and passing null returns the app to marketplace-level.
