Delete sellers created by mistake

Marketplace operators can now delete a seller from its page, or several at once from the Sellers list.

See what happens first. The Delete seller dialog checks the seller each time it opens, and lists what goes with the seller and what stays but loses its link.
Nothing in use is deleted. A seller can't be deleted while anything still needs it, such as products it still has, orders, payouts, or a staff user who belongs to no other seller. The dialog lists each blocker, and Delete stays disabled.
Bulk delete is all or nothing. If any selected seller can't be deleted, none are, and each blocked seller is named with its reasons.
Your integrations hear about it. A SELLER_DELETED webhook is sent for every deleted seller.
