Remove a custom domain

You can choose to remove a custom domain from your storefront for different reasons. If you delete your custom domain or it becomes unavailable for any reason, your storefront will automatically switch back to the default domain which is tenant-id.mytraidestore.com.

To remove a custom domain, follow these steps:

1. In the dashboard, select Storefront -> Custom Domain.
2. Select Add custom domain.
3. Select the Remove Domain button.
4. In the pop-up that appears, confirm your choice by selecting the Remove Domain button.
5. Navigate to your domain provider's dashboard and delete the records created for the custom domain.

Note that it may take up to 72 hours for your domain removal to fully take effect. Once complete, your storefront's domain will revert to the default domain.
