Manage Traide templates

Activate a Traide email template

You must activate Traide's email template via your dashboard before you can use it. The following steps show how to do this:

1. In your Traide dashboard, navigate to Settings -> Apps
2. In App marketplace, select Traide Emails.
3. Enable the Active toggle then select Save.

   You can only use one template option at a time to send emails. This means that for Traide's email template to be enabled, other email templates must be disabled.

Edit a Traide email template

The following steps outline how to customize an email template from your dashboard:

1. In the dashboard, navigate to Settings -> Email Templates
2. Select the template you want to edit.

   If there’s a template you think would help your marketplace but isn't listed, you can reach out directly to our support team.

3. Edit the subject and email body to your preference. You can also add personalization values where needed by selecting them in the Insert personalization value dropdown menu.

4. When you are done, select Save.
