Email notifications

Traide sends event-driven email notifications to the buyers, sellers, and operators in your marketplace. You can send these emails through one of the following:

1. A Traide email plugin.
2. A native integration with SendGrid.

You can only use one of the options provided above to send emails. This means when you're working with the Traide email plugin, you have to disable Sendgrid and vice versa.

Emails are triggered by events, such as activating an account, fulfilling an order, or sending an invoice. You can set up email templates either via the dashboard using templates provided by Traide or through a third-party integration with Sendgrid.
