The setup checklist used to be a separate chore: do the work, then remember to come back and mark it done.

Setup steps now complete themselves from the underlying state. Add your business details, connect payments, publish storefront branding, add a custom domain, place a test order, publish content, or onboard a seller, and the corresponding step is marked complete automatically. The checklist finally reflects what your marketplace actually has, rather than what someone remembered to tick.
