Category-based granular commissions

Added the ability to assign specific commission rates to marketplace agreements for products within a particular category.

When a product under a category-specific commission rate is purchased, the marketplace commission is calculated based on the category commission rate, rather than the default agreement commission rate.

Delivered order state

Added the "Delivered" order status label to the Dashboard.

Fixed a display issue in marketplace orders, where partially fulfilled orders could show inaccurate item count badges.
